cRAB bALLS

Ingredients  
Nona oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
Crabmeat - blended 200g
Coriander leaves - chopped 2 spring
Large onion - blended 1
White Onion - blended 1
Red chili - cut into small pieces 1
Breadcrumbs 90g
Low-cholesterol butter for frying  
Salt to taste and pepper  
   
Method  
1  Mix all ingredients except butter and make medium sized balls. Keep it cold.
2  Heat the butter and fried it crisp.
3  Serve with sauce if you like
