| White prawns, trimmed and cleaned | 2kg |
| NONA TAMARIND (ASSAM) Juice | 150ML |
| Dark Soy Sauce | 1 Tablespoon | | Salt,

| Method | |
| 1 | | Heat oil and fry prawns
for 2-3 minutes. Remove from oil, marinate with salt, pepper and sugar and set
aside for 15 minutes | | 2 | |
Heat oil in wok until smoke rises slightly, add prawns and stir-fry for 1 minute,
then add NONA Tamarind (Assam) Juice. Stir fry on high heat until liquid is almost

Add dark soy sauce for colour. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste if necessary.
